4:43 p.m. A 1995 Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen in the 200 block of N. 11th St., Dolores.

Thursday, Oct. 3

9:37 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a deputy observed a vehicle matching the description of a REDDI report parked at Road N and Colorado Highway 145. The deputy reported a pint of vodka in the floor of the vehicle and that he removed the keys from the vehicle after the driver attempted to put the vehicle in gear when he approached him.

Monday, Oct. 7

5:53 p.m. A deputy investigated a suspected violation of CRS 33-13-108 at McPhee Reservoir but found no credible evidence that the suspect violated the ordinance of operating a vessel above speed in area zoned as “wakeless,” careless or imprudent operation of a vessel or operated a vessel in a reckless manner.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

7:06 p.m. A deputy took a report for damaged property in the 24400 block of Road L after the reporting party showed footage of a food service delivery driver hitting a flag holder on his property.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

8:43 a.m. A deputy at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., took a report to request a warrant for a man who failed to register as a sex offender on his monthly renewal date.

12:02 p.m. A deputy served four warrants to a man who was being transported into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:22 p.m. A deputy served a warrant to a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Thursday, Oct. 10

8:19 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

4 p.m. A deputy took a report for a dog bite in the 13700 block of Road 33, Mancos.

Friday, Oct. 11

11:31 p.m. A deputy took a report from a Texas couple who stated they saw a flash of light and sound of a gunshot aimed toward them from a sedan that passed them while they were driving in the 4300 block of U.S. Highway 160.

Monday, Oct. 14

2:57 p.m. A deputy served two warrants to a man being transferred from another facility to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
