2:15 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of driving without a valid license during a harassment investigation in the area of Ninth Street and Railroad Avenue.
Monday, June 7
10:39 a.m. A stray bullet damaged a window in the 30800 block of County Road V.6.
10:17 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and weaving in the 19700 block of County Road G. A woman connected to the investigation was later arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence.
Tuesday, June 8
1:15 p.m. A garage caught fire in the 24700 block of County Road K.3. The cause was unknown.
6:51 p.m. A male inmate was cited on suspicion of third-degree assault on a peace officer at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. He allegedly kicked an officer in the knee.
8:25 p.m. A warrant was requested for a woman allegedly involved in attempting to run her ex-boyfriend off the road with her vehicle in the 24100 block of County Road E.5.
Thursday, June 10
8:23 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of failure to store food or trash in a secure or latched dumpster in the 1300 block of Railroad Avenue. A bear got into the dumpster and ate trash.
10:23 a.m. A man was taken into custody on suspicion violating bail bond conditions by consuming alcohol at Montezuma County Pre-Trial Services, 730 E. Driscoll St.
3:58 p.m. A FedEx package containing fishing gear worth over $2,000 was reported stolen from a residence in the 13500 block of County Road 29.
10:07 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of harassment to provoke a violent or disorderly response in the 14000 block of Highway 145. He was allegedly involved in a road rage incident. When contacted, he attempted to exit his car without permission and was held at gunpoint until a cover officer could arrive to take him into custody.
Tuesday, June 11
4:32 a.m. A found generator was turned over to officers in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160.
12:15 p.m. A man was taken into custody on an active warrant at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.
8:44 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 22100 block of Highway 184. During the investigation a large quantity of money was found in the vehicle.
10:14 p.m. Several rifles were taken into custody during a DUI investigation in the 10000 block of County Road 25.
Monday, June 14
12:33 a.m. A deputy transported a male suspect who had been arrested on an active warrant in the 400 block of South Broadway to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
