12:44 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after being spotted in the 700 block of S. Chestnut St.

9:53 p.m.: A woman was pulled over after weaving in the 2100 block of E. Main St., arrested on a warrant, then released on a bond in the 2100 block of E. Main St.

11:24 p.m.: A man was arrested at a residence in the 600 block of Baker St. on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence.

Monday, Oct. 17

12:21 p.m.: A woman was spotted on foot in the 300 block of S. Beech St. and arrested on three warrants.

4:20 p.m.: A woman and a man were arrested on warrants at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

10:30 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

Wednesday, Oct. 19

3:44 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after her boyfriend allegedly pushed a nurse at Southwest Memorial, 1311 N. Mildred Road, while trying to kiss the woman.

3:51 p.m.: A woman was served on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Thursday, Oct. 20

12:36 p.m.: An officer prepared an arrest warrant for a man on suspicion of reckless endangerment, possession, transfer and intent to distribute a controlled substance after he allegedly gave a strong dose of a heroin-treatment drug to another man, who consumed the drug and was treated at Southwest Memorial Hospital.

4:37 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant in the City Market parking lot, 508 E. Main St.

4:37 p.m.: Two men were served warrants while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

6:55 p.m.: A woman was arrested 10 block of Harrison St. on suspicion of a fourth DUI, driving with a revoked license and weaving.

11:30 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after allegedly refusing to remove her RV from the City Market parking lot, 508 E. Main St.

Friday, Oct. 21

10:22 p.m.: A man was arrested for violating a restraining order after an argument with a woman at her residence in the 600 block of N. Elm St.

10:52 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

12:41 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:14 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

2:54 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after he was spotted walking in the 700 block of E. Main St.

6:45 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after she was seen lying down in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

8:32 p.m.: A man was arrested for possessing an open container of alcohol in Parque de Vida, 400 N. Mildred Road.

10:30 p.m.: Police arrested two people on drug charges after observing them parked in a pickup at the Maverick gas station, 455 N. State St. A woman was arrested on an active warrant and on suspicion of possessing meth. A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine and meth and possessing a loaded firearm. A second woman was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Oct. 22

7:58 a.m.: A woman reported that her $860 laptop and her wallet containing $35 in cash, her driver’s license and debit card were stolen from her pickup truck parked in the 600 block of E. Fourth St.

9:21 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after being spotted in the 100 block of S. Elm St.

Sunday, Oct. 23

3:32 a.m.: A man reported that his car, parked at the Hampton Inn, 2244 Hawkins St., had been damaged while he was visiting a bar.

11:46 a.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

12:40 p.m.: A man was cited for violating a protection order restraining him from consuming alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St. A second was cited for possessing alcohol in the park. Both were left in the custody of the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

8:21 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after domestic disturbance are a residence in the 800 block of E. Main St.

8:47 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St. According to police, it was his third alcohol-related summons in three days.

Monday, Oct. 24

7:19 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

8:19 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant after she was spotted walking in the 200 block of N. Park St.

9:58 a.m.: A woman was cited on suspicion of stealing various food and household items at Wal-Mart, 1835 E. Main St.

11:56 a.m.: A man reported that he suspected someone had stolen his .45-caliber handgun while he shopped at Wal-Mart, 1835 E. Main St.

1:41 p.m.: A woman was cited for violating bail bond conditions and a criminal protection order in City Park, 802 E. Main St., and left in the custody of the Montezuma County jail.

2:33 p.m.: A man was found intoxicated and asleep in an alley behind City Market, 508 E. Main St., and arrested on suspicion of violating an alcohol-related protection order.

3:15 p.m.: A man was served a warrant while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

9:33 a.m.: A man was cited for stealing a bottle of whiskey from Cork ’n’ Bottle, 433 E. Main St., and possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St.

9:26 a.m.: A woman was arrested outside Montezuma County Court for disorderly conduct and violating alcohol-related protection orders, and served four warrants at the Montezuma County jail.

4:57 p.m.: A woman was served two warrants at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:04 p.m.: A woman was cited for no proof of insurance and expired license plates in the 400 block of S. Market St., and her passenger was arrested on a warrant.

9:13 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after being spotted walking in the 200 block of W. Second St.
