Thursday, Sept. 8

1:41 p.m.: A man was sought for criminal mischief after his damaged alcohol-monitoring anklet was found in the 10 block of N. Madison St.

5:44 p.m.: A man was served a summons at an apartment complex in the 500 block of S. Madison St. for “throwing missiles” after allegedly throwing an object at a car in a traffic dispute.

Friday, Sept. 9

2:17 a.m.: As an officer was going off-duty, he observed a man park poorly in the lot at Handy Mart, 806 S. Broadway, and was assisted by a second officer, who arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI. The first officer arrested the driver’s passenger for DUI, DUI per se, and driving with a suspended license after she drove from the scene while he picked up a pizza inside the store.

9:33 a.m.: A man and woman were arrested on warrants at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

6:16 p.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:37 p.m.: A woman was cited at her home, in the 500 block of S. Madison St., for disturbing the peace and destroying private property during an argument with an employee at Hunan’s Chinese Restaurant, 2561 E. Main St. After the officer realized that he had given her an incorrect court date, she was issued a new citation at her home on Saturday, Sept. 10.

9:55 p.m.: A man was arrested on two warrants and cited for violating a protection order at Third and S. Park streets.

Saturday, Sept. 10

2:39 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in Centennial Park, 800 E. Montezuma Ave.

3:26 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, in the 800 block of E. Main St., and a second man was arrested for violating bond conditions barring him from possessing alcohol.

Sunday, Sept. 11

1:30 a.m.: A man was cited for DWAI and failing to signal a lane change in the 500 block of W. Main St.

5:54 p.m.: An unidentified woman was suspected of theft after she was videotaped leaving Wal-Mart with another woman’s purse.

10:16 p.m.: A man reported the theft of a marijuana plant from his backyard in the 100 block of S. Market St.

Monday, Sept. 12

1:32 a.m.: A man was arrested on a warrant after he was pulled over for driving with bright lights near Washington and E. Main streets.

10:25 a.m.: A man was served a warrant while in custody at the Montezuma County jail.

12:08 p.m.: A man was served two warrants and a citation for theft while in custody at the Montezuma County jail.

3:54 p.m.: A man was served two warrants while in custody at the Montezuma County jail.

4:51 p.m.: A man was arrested on two warrants in the 10 block of N. Harrison St.
