Saturday, July 6

8:52 p.m. An officer was called to the 400 block of South Beech Street about a violation of a protection order. The officer arrested a woman for violating a protection order, and she was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

10:59 p.m. An officer on foot patrol in City Park observed four individuals who appeared to be intoxicated. One man was arrested on an active warrant for violation of bond conditions. The man was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

11:15 p.m. An officer was on foot patrol in City Park when he encountered a man and a woman sleeping in the restrooms. The man was removed from the restroom. The woman had on open container of vodka, and her speech was slurred. The woman was arrested for violating a protection order barring the consumption of alcohol. She was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Sunday, July 7

9:11 a.m. An officer in the 1700 block of East Main Street filed a report about a traffic accident that occurred at Main Street and Sligo Street.

2:56 p.m. An officer was patrolling in the initial block of North Park Street when he observed two pedestrians who appeared to be intoxicated. One man was arrested for violating a protection order banning the consumption of alcohol and for violating the conditions of a bond. The man was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Monday, July 8

2:08 p.m. An officer was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.

2:24 p.m. An officer served active warrants for two male inmates at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

4:17 p.m. An officer was called to the initial block of East First Street. The officer filed a report about a minor traffic accident.

8:04 p.m. An officer was called to the 600 block of East Empire Street about a fight that had ended. A male suspect was located in the incident, and he was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief and harassment. He Was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Tuesday, July 9

9:45 a.m. An officer was called to the 1600 block of North Dolores Road. He took a report about a woman who had hit a deer while driving southbound.

11:37 a.m. An officer served a warrant to a male inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center.

12:34 p.m. An officer on foot patrol in City Park approached a group that appeared to be consuming alcoholic beverages. A man had an open container of vodka. The man was arrested and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

12:57 p.m. An officer was dispatched to City Park about a report of a man urinating in the park. The officer arrested a man who had an active warrant for failure to appear. The man was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

3:01 p.m. An officer was called to the 1100 block of South Chestnut Street to serve a warrant on a woman for failure to comply. The woman was arrested and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.
