Update: Farmington man faces charges in head-on crash near Towaoc

Kenneth R. Todd, 71, the driver this Chevrolet Impala, suffered serious injuries and was flown by helicopter to San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington after a head-on crash Tuesday afternoon about 3 miles northeast of Towaoc.
