Two hours of films, food, and beer will be featured at the annual fundraiser for the Montezuma Land Conservancy on Jan. 23 at the Dolores Community Center.
The Wild and Scenic film festival shows selected outdoor-adventure and nature documentaries from the famed Telluride Film Festival.
The family event costs $15 per adult, or $5 for kids 12 and under. Advanced tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the Cortez MLC office. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. and films begin at 6:30 p.m.
The fete includes local cuisine sold separately and free beer courtesy of the Dolores River Brewery.
There will be door prizes from Osprey and Patagonia, a silent auction and a pie auction. All proceeds benefit the conservancy.
