Does anyone remember the song “Eve of Destruction” by Barry McGuire? I feel that democracy is in such peril if a convicted felon gets into the White House. Where are the morals of the people of this country who would even consider a convicted felon for any office?

I have a suggestion for the proper punishment for this convicted felon. Although I would love to see him in prison, the judge could sentence him to wear an orange jumpsuit while picking up garbage, chained together with other convicted felons.

If he shirks that duty, as I’m sure he will try, the judge can hold the possibility of jail as a consequence. An official act of shaming him might just correct some of his many character flaws.

But I doubt it.
