I’ve had the privilege of coming to know many of the children and their families who live at Westside Mobile Home Park over the past few years, and I want readers and possible donors to understand what a remarkable community this is.
To some it may look like any other aging mobile home park, but I can tell you, from my experience, this is a very special community. The parents collaborate and socialize, and the children play together. This is an old-fashioned neighborhood like few others in Durango or elsewhere. I'd be happy to live there myself.
