West Adventures and Tours will offer a Mesa Verde sunrise tour from 5:30 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday beginning in Cortez and ending on the rim of McElmo Canyon.
Watch the sun rise over Mesa Verde National Park while you sip coffee on the rim of McElmo Canyon in celebration of World Environment Day. The sun over Mesa Verde makes for a beautiful picture, and Hawkins Preserve is a great place to see quiet and still before sunrise.
