On June 6, Vectra Bank Colorado, at 350 W. Montezuma Ave., donated a check for $330 to assist the Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Patrol in purchasing a rescue Sked.

A Sked is an all-in-one stretcher equipped for land, high-angle and confined space rescues.

“We appreciate the support of Montezuma County in our efforts to continue patrolling and protecting our community,” said Cindy Ramsay, of the Sheriff’s Office.
