Animas Mountain Estates, 90 Animas View Drive, will have tiny home lots available to rent beginning June 1.
Applicants’ homes must meet the city regulations for tiny homes and various lot sizes are available. People are able to apply now at DurangoTinyHomes.com. The property currently has hookups for fiber optic cable internet, plans to provide snow removal services, a communal area and extra parking. A community garden and gazebo area are currently being established on site and are expected to be complete by June.
