These teachers work in a future factory

I have been a substitute school teacher in this school district for five years. My degree is not in education; this retirement job was a reason to get up in the morning, as I had a very flexible schedule.

After one month, I could not believe what goes on behind those closed doors.

The people who voted against the teacher salary raise should spend a month doing what I have done. If they did, they would be standing in line with a check in their hands, or more importantly, would have voted yes on 4A.

These teachers actually work in a factory and their end product is the minds of the human beings that will determine the future of the Western Slope of Colorado.
