Editor:
I wanted to write this letter to let you know how much my wife and I appreciated the service we received at New Country Auto on July 8. We were on vacation from Illinois and had some minor car trouble with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were in Blanding, Utah, when our trouble started. We were told that the closest Jeep dealer was in Cortez, which I believe was about 86 miles away. We were able to drive to Cortez to seek help.
We called ahead to ask if we could be worked in. My wife spoke to Kaycee Ingram, who was very helpful and said to come on down. This was on a Monday and we all know how busy Mondays can be. New Country was very busy but in fairly short order our Jeep was brought in and checked over. Our transmission was overfull and burped out some fluid onto the manifold and created quite a bit of smoke. Jason, the technician, removed the excess and we were ready to resume our vacation. I asked Kaycee what we owed and she said nothing. I couldn’t believe it! I tried several times to pay something but she said no. I know time is money so I thought I should pay something! She said no again and sent us off very impressed.
I just want to thank you, Kaycee, and Jason for your help. It’s refreshing to deal with businesses that treat customers right. Thank you again and give Kaycee and Jason a pat on the back for us when you visit New Country Auto! Thank you!
