As reported in The Durango Herald, thanks to Sen. Michael Bennet for his continued work to pass the expanded child tax credit that would have lifted 400,000 children out of poverty and helped more than 15 million have a better life.
Sen. John Hickenlooper joined other senators who care about America’s children and families with a “yes” vote. Families across the country are grateful that Bennet will continue to work to pass this ladder out of poverty in the future.
