Southwest Health offers option to schedule vaccinations online

Rollout comes as state moves into Phase 1B.3 of distribution
Southwest Health System now offers the option to sign up for a vaccine clinic online.

Southwest Health System announced Monday that those eligible for the coronavirus vaccine can now schedule appointments online.

Eligible recipients may schedule appointments for March 5, 8, 9 and 11.

Gov. Jared Polis on Friday announced changes to the state’s vaccine distribution plan.

Phase 1B.3, scheduled to start March 5, will include people age 60 and older, essential grocery and agriculture workers and people age 16 to 59 with two or more high-risk health conditions.

More information on Phase 1B.3 can be found on the state’s COVID-19 website.

Even if individuals do not fall under current eligibility rules, SHS asks that they fill out the Patient Vaccine Registration Form. This allows SHS to reach out to people when their group becomes eligible.

Visit the SHS website to make an appointment today.
