9:36 a.m. A deputy served two active warrants to a male inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:49 a.m. A deputy served an active warrant to a male inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:42 a.m. A deputy served three active warrants to a female inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

4:36 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to Ute Mountain Casino, 3 Weeminuche Drive in Towaoc, about a report of security members finding drug paraphernalia in a jacket. After talking with a suspect, a deputy issued the man a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday, Oct. 10

12:40 p.m. A deputy served a remand on a man at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St. The man was arrested and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

9:12 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to 8400 block of County Road 41 near Mancos for a report of a structure fire. A recently purchased refrigerator from Home Depot reportedly made strange noises and eventually caught fire. The deputy filed a report.

Friday, Oct. 11

1 p.m. A deputy was called to a campground in the 10000 block of County Road 34 to serve two active warrants. A man was arrested and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

4:19 p.m. A deputy served five active warrants to a male inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Sunday, Oct. 13

3:09 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 24800 block of County Road F about a reported disturbance. A couple had an argument that led to a physical confrontation. A man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and domestic violence. He was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

3:12 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 24400 block of County Road G.1 about a reported assault in progress. Upon arriving at the residence, the deputy arrested a woman on an active warrant. She was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

3:49 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 24400 block of County Road of G.1 about an assault in progress. A man was arrested on an active warrant. He was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Monday, Oct 14

3:53 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center to arrest a man who was turning himself in. The man was arrested and left in custody of the jail.

5:42 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 17100 block of County Road 25 about a report of a vicious dog. A man was issued a summons for possession of a vicious dog after the deputy determined the man’s dog, an Akita, had killed a neighbor’s cat.
