Monday, Nov. 7

7:06 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Nov. 9

11:45 a.m.: A caretaker reported that an apartment laundry room had been broken into at 1121 Central Ave. in Dolores.

Thursday, Nov. 10

2:20 a.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief at the Dolores Mountain Inn, 701 Railroad Ave., after a report that he was shouting obscenities in the parking lot. A deputy found a knife and three throwing stars stuck in his hotel room wall, a damage piece of artwork, damaged paint and a hole in the wall. The caretaker estimated the damage would cost $1,800 to repair.

11:30 a.m.: A man who lives in the 13800 block of County Road 29 reported that he might have been the victim of identity theft, and an unpaid $437 bill.

2 p.m.: Shooter’s World, at 27688 U.S. Highway 160, reported that it had received a bad check for $268 after it had given a man a $66 refund on items purchased with the check.

Friday, Nov. 11

9:42 p.m.: A male driver was pulled over in the 6000 block of County Road 25 for a nonworking brake light, and his three passengers – a woman and two men– were arrested on active warrants.

Saturday, Nov. 12

12:17 a.m.: A deputy discovered a crashed car on Forest Road 526 in Dolores and unable to contact the car’s owner, left a tow tag and contact information on the car.

2:47 a.m.: A woman who was found sleeping in a running car parked the shoulder of U.S. 160 was arrested for DUI and driving without a valid driver’s license. Her passenger was taken to Southwest Memorial Hospital after a deputy could not awaken her.

11:59 p.m.: A deputy responded to a call about a gun threat in the 28300 block of County Road K.2 and took a man into custody who said he was working undercover for the FBI.

12:40 p.m.: A woman drove into a light pole in the 400 block of Central Ave., apparently after the vehicle’s floor mat had wedged against the gas pedal. Damage was estimated at $600.

2:36 p.m.: A deputy responded to a request for a possible standby in the 1900 block of Hillside Ave. in Dolores and arrested a woman on suspicion of violating bond conditions and a protection order as well as obstructing police.

6:50 p.m.: A hunter who had become stranded near Stoner was found and treated at the Dolores Fire Station.

5:45 p.m.: An officer who lives in the 25500 block of County Road N.7 reported that he was receiving unwanted phone calls from an online dating service and that two photos of him – one in uniform and one shirtless – had been posted on the website.

11:19 p.m.: A man reported that a mirror on his truck had received $600 in damage at the Lewis-Arriola Community Center, 21203 County Road S.

Monday, Nov. 14

11:34 a.m.: A man was given a no-trespass order from Dolores Elementary School after two school employees reported that he has exhibited threatening behavior in the building, 1301 Central Ave.

7:29 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:12 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.
