1:49 p.m. A deputy took a report of a civil problem from a woman for a possible theft of a vehicle and trespassing in the 8500 block of Road 39, in Mancos.

Sunday, Jan. 28

1:17 p.m. A deputy took a report for harassment from a woman who received 54 phone calls from an anonymous caller id which was discovered to be her ex-boyfriend in the 39400 block of U.S. Highway 160 in Mancos.

Monday, Jan. 29

7:28 a.m. A deputy a placed into evidence and filled out a report for items found near the intersection of B Street at Central Avenue. in Dolores.

5:26 p.m. A deputy took a phone call report for a stolen stainless steel, .357 Magnum Smith and Wesson 5-shot revolver from a man in the 27000 block of Road T.5 in Dolores.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

12:02 p.m. A deputy took a report for a cold theft of a 20-foot car-hauling trailer in the 16600 block of Colordo Highway 145 outside Dolores.

1:35 p.m. A deputy took a report for a larceny from a vehicle in the 6400 block of Road 24.2, where a toolbox full of DeWalt specialty tools that were engraved with the initials OB.

3:58 p.m. A deputy took a man into custody who was turning himself in on a out-of-county warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

2:45 p.m. A man at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was remanded into custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.

8:13 p.m. A deputy took a report of a protection order violation from a woman in the 3700 block of U.S. Highway 160 in Mancos.

10:24 p.m. A deputy responded to a report of an assault. A man was reportedly choked and a woman was punched in the face, but both declined to press charges. The man was arrested for violating a protection order that states he was to have no contact with a different woman at the residence in the 8100 block of Road 26.65.

Thursday, Feb. 1

11:21 a.m. A deputy at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was called to remand two men into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on warrants. Another deputy assisted in transporting one of the men to the jail.

8:07 p.m. A deputy assisted a reservation law enforcement agency in arresting a man with two protection-order violation warrants at 1 E. Mike Wash Road in Towaoc to be placed into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:30 p.m. A deputy assisted Colorado State Police with investigating a “slide-off” incident in which a man driving a truck 25 mph “swerved to avoid hitting a deer” and crashed into a stump and received a large open wound on his chin that was bleeding substantially. This was in the 29000 block of Road L.

Friday, Feb. 2

4:50 p.m. A woman was cited with failure to provide proof of insurance and displaying fictitious license plate after the deputy ran a license plate check through dispatch and the plate was for a different brand of vehicle in the 7000 block of Road 25.

5:51 p.m. A deputy took a report of a suspected second-degree assault on a peace officer at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

12:27 p.m. A deputy took a report for the theft of a stolen temporary license tag in the 35000 block of Road R.6 in Mancos.
