5:49 p.m. A deputy took a report for a suspicious activity, trespassing and vehicle theft in the 12000 block of Road 22. Five individuals were trespassing, and two were suspected of removing parts off vehicles without permission.
4:56 p.m. A deputy took a report for property damage in the 41000 block of Colorado Highway 184 in Mancos where a man suspected a neighbor who he has regular disputes with damaged a windshield.
6:12 a.m. A deputy cited and arrested a woman on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence in the 1100 block of Central Avenue in Dolores after she admitted to using controlled substances, consuming alcohol and “putting hands” on her boyfriend.
11:15 a.m. An officer took a report for identity theft in the 36000 block of Road K. 3 in Mancos.
3:21 p.m. A deputy took a man into custody who was turning himself in on a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
1 p.m. A deputy took a report for stolen propane tanks from the Family Dollar, 1009 Railroad Ave., Dolores.
3:12 p.m. A deputy served a woman two warrants who was in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
4:25 p.m. A man at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was remanded into custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., after being found guilty and his bond was revoked.
5:29 a.m. A deputy assisted a reservation law enforcement agency in arresting a ‘non-native’ man on a warrant at 1 E. Mike Wash Road, Towaoc.
12:37 p.m. A deputy took a report of a domestic problem in the 12300 block of Road 26.
9:05 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence in the 12700 block of Road 22.
6:34 a.m. A deputy took a report for a third-degree assault and domestic violence in the 24500 block of Colorado Highway 184, in Dolores.
8:09 a.m. A man in a retirement home in the 24700 block of Road G who “wasn’t surprised to see law enforcement’ was cited with third-degree assault after “sticking up” for an employee who was being harassed by another retirement home resident.
