10:59 a.m. A man in the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 160 reported suspicion of burglary and criminal mischief when he noticed the motion detection security lights were unplugged and removed from his wife’s shed and there were pry marks on his and her shed door frames.
12:39 a.m. A woman in the 16000 block of Road 18 reported a hit-and-run with vehicle damage and larceny from a vehicle for a stolen gun.
5:12 p.m. A woman in the 25000 Road of N. 6 Loop reported fraud by hacking/computer invasion and identity theft when she was locked out of her phone. Her service provider was unable to help her because the charges for two iPads and an Apple watch were made online. The woman was also notified that two credit cards were activated under her name amassing $8,000 in charges.
6:04 p.m. A deputy cited a man with animal cruelty when a woman reported her dog was bleeding and injured at the 18000 block of Road 27.
1:30 p.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man who was remanded in the custody of the Montezuma County Combined Courts and was transported into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
11:05 a.m. A deputy assisted other agencies in the 9000 block of Road 27 at the scene of a car accident.
12:13 a.m. A man was arrested in suspicion of DUI at the 4600 block of U.S. Highway 160.
2:57 p.m. A man reported a revolver and binoculars were stolen from his off-highway vehicle at the 24000 block of Road X.
4:10 p.m. A deputy was called to investigate an assault at the 7000 block of Road 26.5.
11:31 p.m. A deputy responded to a report of an aggravated assault in the 28000 block of U.S. Highway 160. After an investigation, the deputy sought an arrest warrant for the suspect.
9:30 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.
9:47 a.m. A man was cited with and arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, harassment and criminal mischief at the 100 block of 16th St.
12:23 p.m. A woman was cited with and arrested under suspicion of domestic violence and harassment in the 28000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
