12:19 a.m. Someone broke into a house through the window in the 25900 block of Road G and stole ammunition and a Roku.

Thursday, March 23

5:28 p.m. A man who allegedly stole his aunt’s car in the 16600 block of Road 26 crashed the car into a fence in the 25000 block of County Road T and was arrested on suspicion of aggravated motor theft, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, careless driving and failure to report an accident.

Friday, March 24

3:19 p.m. A woman noticed her handgun had gone missing from her unlocked car in the 24000 block of Road F.5. The last she had seen the gun was March 22.

Tuesday, March 28

7:56 a.m. A vehicle owned by a man in Craig was found in the 13000 block of U.S. Highway 491 with the trunk open.

9:46 a.m. A woman at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was remanded into custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant for failing to appear.

11:32 a.m. A man in the 26000 block of U.S. Highway 491 was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order that restricts him from possessing or consuming alcohol.
