6:42 p.m.: A man allegedly entered a store at 23890 Road G, filled a laundry basket with items off the shelves and left with them, flashing a gun on the way out.
4:55 p.m.: A man left his broken-down motorcycle at the entrance of U.S. Forest Service Road 316 and U.S. Highway 160 and returned three hours later to pick it up. The motorcycle was gone and believed to be stolen.
7:42 p.m.: A hit-and-run where a parked car was rear-ended occurred on the 25000 Block of U.S. Forest Service Road 527.
3:33 a.m.: An alarm went off at 17455 U.S. Highway 491 for a business/residence. There was no sign of a break-in, but there was a broken hose splitter outside.
6:26 p.m.: A woman reported her trucks license plates and title were missing. She also reported that about two weeks ago, she noticed her truck door was ajar.
8:49 a.m.: A man reported that food was missing from his refrigerator. He then noticed tools were missing as well.
10:08 a.m.: A man reported that what he thought was an abscess on his bull turned out to be a bullet wound.
11:14 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 27000 block of Road T.5 for suspicion of aggravated assault for grabbing his wife by the throat with both hands and restricting her breathing.
12:01 a.m.: Two syringes of dark fluid were turned over for destruction.
1:33 p.m.: A man reported that his truck in the 18400 block of County Road 27 was broken into and his tool bag was stolen during the night.
2:15 p.m.: A perimeter check was done of the courthouse at 865 N. Park St., and two knives were found.
2:33 p.m.: A man surrendered at the Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to comply.
9:23 p.m.: A man was cited in the 3000 block of County Road 21 for suspicion of driving on a suspended license.
11:26 p.m.: A officer responded to assist on a EMS call about a flipped vehicle in the 18300 block of County Road 27. He questioned the injured man and handed his findings to a Colorado State Patrol officer.
9:02 a.m.: Tools were reported stolen from a trailer in the 12900 block of U.S. Highway 491.
1:03 p.m.: A woman turned herself in at Sheriffs Office for two warrants for failing to appear in court.
3:06 p.m.: A welfare check was requested for a person. A 50-year-old woman who frequents a trail at the end of 14th Street has not been seen and had a water bottle left about a 100 feet into the trail.
2:20 p.m.: Two dogs got loose and attacked and injured four sheep in the 17700 block of Road 27.9.
7:15 a.m.: A motor home caught flame and became fully engulfed before the fire department arrived. There was no evidence of anyone inside, and an electrical failure was a possible cause. The occupant was unable to be found the time of the report being filed.
2:00 p.m.: A car backing out a of parking spot at 27963 Colorado Highway 184 (Gopher station) ran into the side of a car moving down the row.
10:28 p.m.: An officer assisted in a drunken driving investigation by fetching a blood kit of the investigation deputy from the Mancos Marshal’s Office.
