4:01 p.m.: A deputy referred two parties to civil court after a dispute over ownership of ladders at a property on the 1100 block of Railroad Avenue.
9:21 a.m.: An unleashed dog in Dolores Town Hall bit a man. The dog’s owner was cited for having a dog that was not under control.
12:11 a.m.: A domestic issue between a man and a woman on the 14000 block of U.S. Highway 491 resulted in an arrest of the man on suspected domestic violence, criminal mischief and obstruction of telephone use.
1:55 p.m.: A officer was sent to review property damage of a door to a home on the 11000 block of County Road 24.5. No suspect was identified.
8:04 a.m.: A driver was cited with careless driving after a rear-end collision at the train tracks near the Dolores post office.
8:29 p.m.: A woman accused her mother of stealing a suitcase from her on the 7200 block of County Road 25. After a deputy arrived, the woman was arrested on a warrant, and the mother showed the suitcase was still in the residence.
2:45 p.m.: A woman who was served a trespass notice was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 34000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
3:54 p.m.: A driver backed into a vehicle in the parking lot at Dolores Outfitters and Jeep Rental.
8:30 a.m. : A woman was arrested for a warrant at 11503 County Road 22.
8:36 p.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 17000 block of U.S. Highway 491.
1:29 a.m.: An officer looking for a dead cow found a car crash on the 33000 block of County Road S outside Dolores. After speaking with the driver, the deputy determined the driver was possibly DUI and handed the situation to Colorado State Patrol. The driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
8:24 p.m.: A man was issued summons for suspicion of DUI on the 2400 block of Fairway Drive in Cortez. The person was released on site to a relative.
5:02 p.m.: A man was pulled over for suspicion of speeding on the 18000 block of Colorado Highway 145 when he informed the officer they had a suspended license. The officer issued summons for driving with suspended license.
6:52 p.m.: A woman found a wallet on a hike at the Alta Lakes near Telluride and presented it to an officer who then reached out to the owner. The owner then informed the officer the wallet was lost over a year ago and requested the contents be destroyed.
10:27 a.m. : Someone requested a welfare check on woman at 20034 County Road B. During the check two warrants came up for a man currently at the property. He was arrested.
11:30 a.m. : A man was arrested on the 800 block of North Park Street in Cortez for a warrant.
