9:13 a.m. A woman reported that her PlayStation, controls and wireless charging station were stolen from her grandmother’s house in the 13100 block of U.S. Highway 491. There were no leads.

Sunday, May 22

2:06 p.m. A car crash occurred in the 22500 block of County Road 31. No citations were issued.

Tuesday, May 31

8:10 p.m. A woman reported that her wife attacked her, and her mother-in-law pointed a shotgun in the air and then aimed it at her at a residence in the 6400 block of Road 23.6. A deputy sought warrant for domestic violence and third-degree assault for the woman’s wife and a warrant for second-degree assault, menacing and reckless endangerment for the mother-in-law.

Friday, June 3

5:39 p.m. A man reported that two dogs attacked his goat in the 14200 block of County Road 31. A sergeant did not find the dogs.

Wednesday, June 8

4:25 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Ute Mountain Casino, 3 Weeminuche Drive.

7:17 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:02 a.m. A man was taken into custody on four warrants at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

6:37 p.m. A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:25 p.m. A man was cited for drinking and driving and given a courtesy ride home after he was pulled over for failing to maintain the lane in the 6000 block of U.S. Highway 160.

11:50 p.m. A woman reported that someone attempted to break into her car in the 16100 block of Road 31.

Friday, June 10

8:35 p.m. A man was cited for speeding and reckless driving in the 15000 block of Colorado Highway 145.

Saturday, June 11

9:38 a.m. A man was pulled over for speeding in the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 160. A Bureau of Indian Affairs Officer took over the investigation.

10:04 a.m. A sergeant assisted a Colorado State Patrol officer as he investigated a crash between a motorcycle and a horse trailer in the 44000 block of Colorado Highway 184.

2:03 p.m. A woman was cited for driving under the influence of drugs after she was pulled over for failing to maintain the lane in the 300 block of West Main Street.

7:03 a.m. A woman reported a hit-and-run in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160. A deputy was attempting to contact a witness.

Saturday, June 13

10:58 p.m. A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Sunday, June 14

8:17 a.m. An accident occurred when one driver backed his car into another at Old Maverick, 10223 U.S. Highway 491.
