1:32 p.m. A woman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after she was tased for repeated resistance in the 18300 block of Colorado Highway 145.

Wednesday, March 30

1:41 p.m. The woman who was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant Sunday was issued an indefinite trespass from a residence after she and a man were reported for fighting in the 18300 block of Colorado Highway 145.

2:20 p.m. A man was issued a summons for a hit-and-run incident at Chronic Therapy, 1020 S. Broadway.

8:20 p.m. A family reported domestic abuse in the 16200 block of Road 28.2. Since their stories were inconsistent, no charges were pursued.

Thursday, March 31

12:24 a.m. A man was issued a summons for speeding and driving without a license after he was pulled over for going 17 mph over the speed limit in the 12000 block of Colorado Highway 491.

9:15 a.m. A man was taken into custody and served a warrant at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

Friday, April 1

1:32 p.m. A deputy assisted a Bureau of Indian Affairs officer issue summons to a woman for possessing contraband and speeding after she was pulled over in the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 160.

Saturday, April 2

11:32 a.m. A woman was taken into custody on a warrant after she reported that security staff at Ute Casino, 3 Weeminuche Drive, would not give her lost phone back.

Sunday, April 3

3:03 p.m. A man was pulled over for speeding in the 18000 block of Colorado Highway 145 and issued a summons for driving without a license.

8:44 p.m. A male inmate was issued a summons for third-degree assault after surveillance footage showed him kicking another inmate in the back at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. A third male involved was issued a summons for harassment.

Monday, April 4

10:41 a.m. A man reported that someone broke the windows of his two campers and van in the 23900 block of Road G. There were no leads.

Tuesday, April 5

11:23 a.m. A man was remanded at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

3:25 p.m. A man was remanded at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

8:59 p.m. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over for having a broken headlight in the 17000 block of Colorado Highway 491.
