12:10 a.m. A drunken man was found near a truck in a ditch in the 8000 block of County Road 27. The female driver was not located.

3 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of third-degree trespassing in the 14800 block of County Road 29. A dispute over a missing tire led to the man confronting his neighbor on his property and making a threat to shoot him is he came onto his property.
Friday, Jan. 29
6:04 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of failure to provide proof of insurance and failing to obey a traffic control device in the 21000 block of County Road B.
Sunday, Jan. 31
10:22 a.m. A break-in was reported in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160. Damage was cause to multiple areas of the residence. A suspected is being investigated.
Wednesday, Feb. 3
12:36 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 25400 block of County Road T.
4:42 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of third-degree assault and menacing in the 24900 block of County Road M. During a dispute of property taxes, he allegedly tapped his sister on the head and threatened to burn down the house.

2:54 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of speeding and driving with a suspended license in the 25000 block of County Road L.
Friday, Feb. 5
9:34 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 20200 block of County Road A.
Saturday, Feb. 6
12:40 p.m. Three male inmates were cited on suspicion of third-degree assault, and one male inmate was cited on suspicion of harassment, at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St. The three men were seen on surveillance footage attacking another inmate.
Monday, Feb. 8
9:58 a.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 30300 block of County Road L.
11:19 a.m. A found knife was turned over to law enforcement in the 500 block of South Broadway.
Tuesday, Feb. 9
11:55 a.m. Animal abuse was reported in the 32800 block of County Road M. An investigated determined that report was unfounded.
