5:13 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 10000 block of County Road G on suspicion of DUI, driving under restraint and failure to drive in a single lane, after he allegedly cut a corner and drove through a ditch.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

10:15 a.m.: A man was served a warrant for failure to appear at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:15 a.m.: A woman was served two warrants for failure to appear at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

12:46 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 17000 block of County Road 25 on suspicion of unlawful possession and distribution of a controlled substance after several bottles of testosterone and steroids were found in his car.

Thursday, Feb. 23

12:14 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 13000 block of County Road 25 on a warrant for failure to appear.

11:50 a.m.: A man was arrested at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant for failure to appear on a harassment charge.

5:58 p.m.: A man was stopped for a defective tail light at U.S. Highway 491 and County Road G and cited for driving without a valid driver’s license.

9:46 p.m.: A man reported a possible break-in at a residence in the 24500 block of County Road E. A deputy found a broken basement window, apparently broken with rocks. The man suspected his children, and was unwilling to press charges.

Friday, Feb. 24

10:28 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at District Court, 109 W. Main St., for failing to appear in court in a false-reporting case.
