Seniors earn scholarship dollars Class of 2013 boasts almost $770,000 in awards

The Mancos High School Class of 2013 earned a total of $769,690 in scholarships to be disbursed over the next four years. Awards included:

Air Force Academy Appointment - Zane Willburn - $432,000 over four years

Colorado PTA Scholarship - Lauren Kramer - $1,500

Bill and Peg Rees Scholarship - Lauren Kramer -$2,000 per year for four years totaling $8,000

Four Corners Bar Association Scholarship - Kolton Miller - $250 per year for four years totaling $1,000

Kiwanis Club - Bob Cox Memorial Scholarship - Alaena Romero-Keller - $1,500

Nellie Patterson Scholarship - Lauren Kramer $3,000

Rodger Bell Memorial Scholarship - Lauren Kramer - $1,000

Elks - Most Valuable Female Scholarship - Lauren Kramer - $1,000

National Elks Legacy Scholarship - Kolton Miller - $1,000 per year for four years totaling $4,000

Pueblo Community College - Early Advantage Scholarship - Damon Yanito - approx $1,440 for first year
