San Juan Basin Archaeological Society to host presentation

San Juan Basin Archaeological Society will host a presentation at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, on Zoom.

Shelby Tisdale, director of Fort Lewis College Center of Southwest Studies, will discuss her recently edited book “Federico: One Man’s Remarkable Journey from Tututepec to L.A.”

The book tells the story of an Indigenous jewelry artist’s rise to fame through a collaboration between Tisdale and Federico Jimenez over a five-year period.
