The westbound lane will be closed nearly all day
The westbound lane of Montezuma Avenue, near Kemper Elementary School, will be closed between North Fillmore Street and North Adams Street on Friday.
The lane will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for drain installation work.
Kemper staff who need to gain access to the school will still be able to utilize the east parking lot using Montezuma Avenue. Other traffic will be rerouted from Fillmore Street to eastbound on Montezuma Avenue.
