Wasn't that Ute Mountain Rodeo Parade awesome?
I saw the community come out to enjoy a longtime traditional event, an event I grew up with.
I was so pleased to see the participants in the parade on such a splendid day. Montezuma Avenue was lined with joy. It brought back years of memories.
This June 16, I was disappointed but not surprised by the lack of coverage by The Journal. Such a shame that The Journal disrespects the local community.
