Dolores coffee shop held costume party on Halloween
Teresa Howell, owner of the Pony Expresso coffee shop in Dolores, celebrated its fifth anniversary on Oct. 31. Employees handed out free food and beverages to visitors, who were encouraged to wear costumes.
