8:15 a.m. An officer served a never-expiring trespass notice from Cork and Bottle liquor store to a man and cited him with trespassing at the Burger Boy, 400 E. Main St.

10:17 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant who was remanded in the custody of the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

Friday, Nov. 22

12:21 p.m. An officer served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:15 p.m. An officer arrested a man with two warrants at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

5:28 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of disturbing the peace at the Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St.

8:40 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating a protection order that states he shall have no contact except communication electronically and through telephone with a protected party at the Puwagaan Kaan Apartments, 560 E. Empire St.

8:51 p.m. An officer arrested a man on a failure to appear warrant in the 10 block of North Sligo Street.

Saturday, Nov. 23

12:26 p.m. Officers arrested two men at 806 S. Oak St., one man was arrested on three warrants and the other on two warrants and on suspicion of violating a protection order.

7:46 p.m. An officer responded to McDonald’s, 1322 E. Main St. for a courtesy ride request to a shelter. The man who requested a ride was cited with trespassing for violating a never-expiring trespass order he was issued in October 2018.

9:19 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating an alcohol protection order at the Happy Valley Trailer Park, 203 E. Seventh St.

Sunday, Nov. 24

3:08 p.m. An officer arrested a woman on suspicion of trespassing and violating bond conditions that state she shall not possess or consume alcohol near the Prairie Mesa Estates, 650 E. Second St.

Monday, Nov. 25

11:13 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at the Montezuma County Clerk’s Office, 140 W. Main St.

12:12 p.m. An officer cited a woman with disturbing the peace for yelling obscenities at a man who lives in the 400 block of S. Market St.

2:10 p.m. An officer cited a woman with identity theft after a theft report was made from a woman in the 400 block of W. Second St. The woman stated a female with the same last name on the credit card who owed her money gave her the credit card to use it under the assumption that it belonged to her passenger who was with her during their Nov. 23 meeting at the Travel Center.

4:21 p.m. An officer served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:50 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of disturbing the peace and issued him a never-ending trespass notice from the Cork and Bottle, 443 E. Main St.

11:48 p.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at Maverick, 455 N. State St.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

12:42 a.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating a trespass order at the Best Western Turquoise, 535 E. Main St.

5:44 a.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating a trespass order at the Quality Inn, 1120 E. Main St.

9:47 a.m. An officer performing a routine speeding traffic stop arrested a man on a warrant at the First streetcar Wash, 21 S. Harrison St.
