10:54 a.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of violating a protection order that states he shall have no contact with a woman who is the protected party. That woman was sitting with under a tree at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St.
6:22 p.m. An officer cited a man with trespassing at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.
10:49 p.m. An officer arrested a woman on suspicion of trespassing and disturbing the peace at Patrons Night Club, 309 N. Broadway.
10:42 a.m. An officer cited a man with theft and possession of paraphernalia at City Market, 508 E. Main St.
2:46 p.m. An officer took a report for his interaction with a man who had two Colorado forms of identity and debit cards that did not belong to him at Conoco, 302 W. Main St. The officer stated in his report he would request a warrant for his arrest.
2:56 p.m. An officer arrested a woman at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., on suspicion of violating a protection order that states she shall not possess or consume alcohol.
9:52 p.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at the intersection of Hawkins Street and East Main Street.
1:14 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant that was turning himself in to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
10:13 p.m. An officer arrested a man on suspicion of domestic violence and harassment at 6 N. Dolores Road.
9:41 p.m. An officer arrested a man on two warrants after receiving a report of a person sleeping in the bushes at the Family Dollar, 324 S. Broadway.
12:27 a.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at 118 Sligo St.

3:11 p.m. An officer arrested a man on a warrant at America’s Auto Care, 244 E. Main St.

6:06 p.m. An officer cited a woman with trespassing at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. The officers report stated the woman told him that she goes there almost daily.

12:23 p.m. An officer who just issued a summons for trespassing to a man at Walmart, arrested the man on a warrant at Big O Tires, 1856 E. Main St.
3:53 p.m. An officer served and executed a warrant to a man at the bonding window of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
