9:29 a.m. An officer took a report for a stolen generator at 640 S. Broadway.

12:42 p.m. An officer took a report of theft, the man reported his auto parts were stolen from packages delivered to his home at 417 S. Cedar St. when they were posted online for sale on Facebook.

2:20 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 125 N. Park St.

5:38 p.m. An officer served two warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center at 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:37 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 735 N. Park St.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

1:47 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and an indefinite trespass from Walgreens at 1671 E. Main St. after he was reported to have been threatening to kill or harm people.

Thursday, Nov. 23

9:42 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 210 E. Main St. after an officer driving past him stopped to investigate why he was urinating in front of a building.

11:58 a.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant at 215 S. Sligo St. when an officer was responding to a call of a suspicious person from the Dollar Tree employees. The woman was reported to have been sitting in their parking lot an hour after she left the store irate.

1:09 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of menacing and served with a felony hold slip, after wielding a knife in a threatening manner at 147 S. Washington St.

5:39 p.m. An officer took a report of larceny from a man who lost $21,000 when he lent his truck to his nephew at 422 S. Market.

Friday, Nov. 24

3:04 a.m. An officer assisted a man who was incoherent and perturbed at 1305 Jackson St. in getting medical care for cuts he mysteriously received. His account of circumstances changed during the interaction.

6:53 a.m. An officer took a report of trespassing and attempted larceny at 700 Hartman Road. The resident at the property had surveillance footage of a man attempting to enter his vehicle.

4:04 p.m. A man was cited with careless driving, driving with a revoked license and failure to present proof of insurance after a traffic accident at 17 S. Broadway.

Saturday, Nov. 25

12:39 p.m. An officer arrested a woman on suspicion of disturbing the peace at the Dollar Tree, 215 S. Sligo St. when she was reportedly yelled, “Everyone put your hands up!” while forming her hands into the shape of guns inside the store.

2:32 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 31 W. Main St.

6:10 p.m. An officer took a report for property damage from graffiti at 2021 E. Main St.

Sunday, Nov. 26

3:49 a.m. A man was cited with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 735 N. Park St.

1 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 1612 Taylor St.

5:55 p.m. An officer took a report for a stolen iPhone at 508 E. Main St.

8:26 p.m. An officer took a report for a damaged vehicle from a woman at 300 E. Main St. Her Subaru window was broken but not shattered so the suspect was unable to access the vehicle.

8:58 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at 720 Stratton Drive.

Monday, Nov. 27

3:03 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct at 1 E. Arbecam Ave. after he reportedly was running through the streets yelling and attempting to enter a home.

10:39 a.m. A man with two arrest warrants turned himself in to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:02 p.m. An officer took a report of a counterfeit bill that was deposited into the bank at 77 W. Main St.

9:48 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating two protection orders that state he shall not possess nor consume alcohol at 221 E. Main St.

4:37 p.m. A man was arrested on a felony warrant at 35 S. Ash St.

7:49 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating protection orders stating that she is not to possess or consume alcohol at 403 S. Maple St.

Tuesday, Nov. 28

9: 53 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 203 E. 7th St.

8:49 p.m. A man who was involved in a verbal disturbance at 508 E. Main St. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

11:25 p.m. A man was arrested at 203 E. Seventh St. on suspicion of violating a trespass order.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

12:25 a.m. Officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., where employees stated they wanted a man without shoes removed and trespassed from the property. The man attempted to flee but was caught and arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, obstruction, trespass, possession of a financial device, possession of an identification document and identity theft.
