Thursday, Oct. 26

10:13 a.m. A man was arrested for a warrant at the 300 block of South Broadway. While being searched, he was cited with a protection order violation for the suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:12 a.m. A man was cited with theft at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

12:43 p.m. A woman was issued a never-expiring trespass from Safeway, 1580 E. Main St., and arrested on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer when he was trying to issue the trespass.

Friday, Oct. 27

10:23 a.m. A deputy arrested a man on two warrants at 100 E. Seventh St.

11:26 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of careless driving after she attempted to turn right using the bike lane at the intersection of Mildred Road and Empire Street, allegedly causing a crash.

5:05 p.m. A man reported a red Milwaukee drill stolen from his truck bed, possibly at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

11:23 p.m. An officer responded to Southwest Memorial Hospital to take a statement from a man whose dog bit him while it was in a dogfight at 1511 Arrowhead Lane.

Saturday, Oct. 28

6:12 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of criminal impersonation, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a valid driver’s license, having material on front windows presented nontransparent material, and possessing an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle at 500 E Main St.

7:54 p.m. A man was arrested on two warrants at 610 E. Main St.

9:17 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a trespassing notice at 203 E. Seventh St.

Sunday, Oct. 29

4:27 p.m. A man reported a gun stolen from his car at McDonald’s 1322 E. Main St.

1:08 p.m. A woman was cited with a penalty assessment for turning in front of approaching traffic at 5 S. Veach St.

4:37 p.m. A man was arrested on two warrants at 1402 Mesa Verde St.

5:28 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order at 518 E. Fourth St.

6:51 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant and was cited with violating protection orders to stay away from the residence he was arrested at and for possessing and consuming alcohol at 516 S. Madison St.

Monday, Oct. 30

10:24 a.m. An officer took a report for suspected larceny from a man at 2110 S. Broadway.

3:43 p.m. A man was cited with a penalty assessment for unsafe backing when he backed into the south side of the City Market, 508 E. Main St.

4:56 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault after allegedly stabbing a man multiple times at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

9:01 a.m. An officer responded to 1520 Acoma St. to take a report for larceny after a woman reported her purse and money was missing from her vehicle.

12:36 p.m. An officer responded to 1102 Animas St. to take a report for a stolen wallet from a woman’s unsecured vehicle.

5:59 p.m. A man was cited with a municipal penalty assessment for suspicion of failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign at 100 W. Montezuma Ave.

9:17 p.m. An officer was called to investigate a possible case of domestic violence at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. No charges were filed.

Thursday, Nov. 1

10:39 a.m. An officer took a report from a woman for suspected burglary, larceny and criminal mischief at 30 E. Main St. when she noticed the backdoor of the business she works for was broken in and video footage showed an individual taking merchandise.

5:15 p.m. An officer took a report for a missing rifle at 1712 Chessie Way.
