Thursday, April 14

1:11 a.m. A man was taken into custody for drunken driving after he was pulled over for speeding in the 700 block of North Mildred Road.

8:11 a.m. An intoxicated woman lied about her identity and tried to walk away from an officer as he tried to take her into custody on outstanding warrants. She was cited for violating bond conditions, criminal impersonation, protection order violation, obstructing a peace officer and being an intoxicated pedestrian in the roadway.

12:31 p.m. An officer served warrants to two men at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

12:45 p.m. A woman was arrested on five warrants in the 100 block of North Ash Street.

2:35 p.m. A man was arrested for violating a protection order after an altercation occurred in the 100 block of South Elm Street between him and woman he was banned from contacting.

4:19 p.m. A man reported that his fence was spray-painted in the 100 block of South Market Street. There were no leads.

9:44 p.m. An intoxicated woman was taken into custody for violating a protection order banning her from drinking after she was reported at Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road.

Sunday, April 17

2:44 p.m. A man reported that his tires were slashed in the 600 block of East Second Street.

8:51 p.m. An officer pulled over someone on suspicion of drunken driving in the 27000 block of U.S. Highway 160. A deputy took over the investigation.

Monday, April 18

11 a.m. A woman reported an accident that occurred the day before for insurance purposes in the 500 block of South Madison Street.

5:22 p.m. A man reported that a woman stole a gun out of his car in the 1700 block of East Main Street.

Tuesday, April 19

9:56 a.m. A man was taken into custody on a warrant at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

Wednesday, April 20

11:32 a.m. A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:28 p.m. A woman was cited for careless driving after she collided with a UPS truck she was trying to pass in the 200 block of South Valley Road.

11:03 p.m. A man was cited for trespassing after he was reported for being at a residence he was trespassed from in the 200 block of East Fourth Street.
