1:30 p.m.: A male pedestrian was arrested for public intoxication and violating bond conditions at Mildred Road and E. Montezuma Ave.

5:54 p.m.: A male driver was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving, DUI and possessing heroin and meth, after a reported hit-and-run at 30 N. Market St.

Friday, April 8

7:17 a.m.: A male driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant at E. Main and State streets, and a male passenger was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

2:38 p.m.: A man was arrested for disturbing the peace after urinating on a building in the 100 block of Fillmore St.

2:50 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of E. Montezuma Ave.

Saturday, April 9

1:59 a.m.: A man who was beaten by a resident during an alleged burglary in the 400 block of S. Chestnut St. was hospitalized and may face burglary charges.

11:43 a.m.: A male driver was given a warning about a missing front license plate at W. Sixth and S. Oak streets, and his female passenger was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

3:35 p.m.: A man was arrested on two outstanding warrants at Wal-Mart.

4:39 p.m.: A woman sleeping in a van on the west side of City Market was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

9:08 p.m.: A male driver with a smoking tailpipe was pulled over and arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of S. Broadway.

Sunday, April 10

12:34 a.m.: A man was cited for DWAI, failing to use a turn signal, and weaving the 700 block of W. Seventh St.

2:31 a.m.: A driver was cited for DWAI in the 10 block of E. Fourth St.

11:45 a.m.: A female driver was arrested for driving with a revoked license, displaying expired plates and lacking proof of insurance.

2:36 p.m.: A woman was arrested on at outstanding warrant in Cortez City Park, and her male companion was arrested on suspicion of violating bond condition and possessing alcohol in the park.

5:28 p.m.: A bicyclist was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of E. Main St.

Monday, April 11

7:24 a.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of trespass after a report of an attempted bicycle theft from a porch in the 100 block of S. Sligo St..

1:38 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant at Montezuma County Court.

4:11 p.m.: An inmate at the Montezuma County jail was served four outstanding warrants.

10:34 p.m.: A man was arrested on two outstanding warrants at the Best Western on E. Main St.

Tuesday, April 12

5:48 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Centennial Park.

6:53 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing alcohol in public and trespassing at the Cortez Public Library.

8:08 p.m.: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in Parque de Vida.

9:11 p.m.: A man is suspected of domestic violence, third-degree assault and criminal mischief after an alleged altercation at a trailer home in the 600 block of N. Elm St.

10:08 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County jail.
