1:54 a.m. An underage woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and leaving the scene of a crash in the 200 block of South Madison Street.
3:38 p.m. An employee reported that a woman at La Casita Restaurant, 332 E. Main St., and stole her wallet. The wallet was reportedly left at the Cork and Bottle Liquor Store, 443 E. Main St. When an officer returned the wallet, the employee reported that it was not hers and her cash was missing from it.
6:10 p.m. A man was cited for theft after he refused to pay for his food at Ocean Pearl, 300 E. Main St. He was trespassed from the restaurant.
9:06 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
10:20 p.m. A man was arrested after he locked himself in the bathroom of Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. The man, previously trespassed from the store, had a three-quarters full bottle of Listerine in the bathroom with him. He was cited for trespassing and shoplifting.
11:24 p.m. A woman reported that her husband lost his wallet in the 2500 block of Trinity Avenue. When officers found it, the credit cards were missing. There were no leads.
4:47 p.m. A woman was arrested for violating a protection order that banned her from drinking after she was reportedly yelling outside of a residence in the 200 block of South Maple Street.
2:28 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
2:25 p.m. An was arrested in the 1500 block of E. Main Street and cited for DUI, having an open container in the car, driving with a revoked license and operating an uninsured car.
8:12 p.m. A man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 160 after a woman reported that he was driving carelessly. When police searched his car, they reported finding fentanyl pills. The man was cited for careless driving and possessing a controlled substance.
10:11 a.m. An intoxicated man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 300 block of West Main Street and cited for violating an order prohibiting him from drinking.
11:53 a.m. An employee reported that a delivery man backed into a garage at the City Shop, 110 Progress Circle. No charges were pressed.
3:06 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant after an employee reported that he didn’t pay for rental equipment at Slavens True Value Hardware, 237 W. Main St. An officer warned him that he must clear the balance or be cited for shoplifting.
8:25 p.m. A person was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
8:55 p.m. A man was served three warrants at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
8:57 p.m. A man reported that he was bit by his friend’s dog at the Cozy Inn, 440 S. Broadway. No charges were pursued.
10:08 a.m. A man was arrested on warrants in the 300 block of West Main Street.
4:37 p.m. A woman was cited careless driving after her car collided with another at the First National Bank, 2216 E. Main St.
5:14 p.m. A man was arrested at City Market, 508 E. Main St., on suspicion of theft, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest. He also had an arrest warrant.
5:30 p.m. A woman turned herself in on an outstanding warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
9:19 p.m. A man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the lower 100 block of 13th Street after a woman reported that he might have stolen her firearm. Officers did not find the firearm at the man’s residence.
10:22 p.m. A man turned himself in on an outstanding warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
2:36 p.m. A man reported identity theft in the 400 block of West Seventh Street. An officer advised him to contact the credit bureaus and Social Security Administration.
9:07 p.m. Two women were served warrants at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
