Thursday, Dec. 23

9:46 a.m. A man reported that his rifle and ammunition were stolen from his car in the 100 block of East Second Street. There were no leads.

3:23 p.m. A man reported that he was stabbed in the 200 block of Seventh Street by a group of men following him as he left City Market. His story reportedly changed, so officers closed the case.

Friday, Dec. 24

10:48 a.m. An asset protection manager reported that a man had stolen three phones from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. There was video surveillance, but the suspect could not be determined. The asset protection manager told the officer he would provide more surveillance footage after the holidays.

3:42 p.m. A woman was issued a summons for disturbing the peace after her neighbor reported her for threatening her in the 200 block of East Seventh Street.

11:01 p.m. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over for having his overhead lights on in the 400 block of West Main Street.

Saturday, Dec. 25

11:41 a.m. A man was taken into custody for drinking and driving after he was pulled over for having a defective brake light. The man could not provide proof of insurance and was issued summons for all three offenses.

2:41 p.m. A woman reported that $700, some merchandise, and her wallet were stolen from her car in the 1300 block of Jackson Street. There were no leads.

10:17 p.m. A woman carrying a firearm was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after she was involved in a traffic accident in the 2700 block of East Main Street. The woman was legally prohibited from carrying a firearm and was issued a felony hold slip for doing so.

Sunday, Dec. 26

8:59 a.m. A man who was reportedly in possession of meth, a syringe and a pipe was taken into custody on outstanding warrants in the 1300 block of East Main Street. The man was issued new summons for his possession of an illegal substance and paraphernalia.

12:13 p.m. A man was issued a summons for trespassing after employees reported he was sleeping in a business-owned car at the Auto Masters, 237 N. Broadway. Apparently this had been an ongoing issue for the business.

8:21 p.m. A man reported that a woman staying with him stole his car and drove it to Albuquerque from his residence in the 800 block of East Main Street. The man stated he was in contact with the Albuquerque police and was not going to press charges when he got his car back.

Monday, Dec. 27

4:46 p.m. A woman was issued a summons for failing to yield to right-of-way traffic after her vehicle collided with another during a lane change attempt in the 500 block of South Broadway.

5:52 p.m. A woman was issued a summons for harassment in the 400 block of East Abercam Avenue after her neighbor reported the woman for throwing a vacuum in her yard, pointing surveillance cameras at her yard, and sending her harassing voicemails and text messages.

Tuesday, Dec. 28

9:41 a.m. A man reported that his dump trailer attachments were stolen in the lower 100 block of North Elm Street. The man suspected an employee that he had fired. An officer was attempting to get surveillance footage. There were no other leads.

6:53 p.m. A woman reported that her car’s license plate was stolen in the 400 block of South Beech Street. There were no leads.
