12:29 a.m. A man was arrested during a traffic stop on multiple active warrants in the area of Lakeside Drive.

12:08 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of turning left in front of approaching traffic and causing a crash in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

12:19 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of having dogs running at large and not having dogs licensed in the 600 block of South Cedar Street. The dog allegedly attempted to attack other dogs and bit a child.

2:01 p.m. A dispute between neighbors was reported in the 400 block of West Fourth Street.

3:09 p.m. A male inmate was served a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:40 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving an uninsured vehicle, reckless driving and driving without a valid license in the 400 block of West Seventh Street.

7:04 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 500 block of East Main Street.

9:56 p.m. A warrant was requested for a man on suspicion of domestic violence, second-degree assault and criminal mischief in the 400 block of South Maple Street. He allegedly choked a woman and broke her phone.

Friday, May 21

10:32 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation – consuming alcohol – in the 600 block of East Montezuma Avenue.

7:52 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of failing to yield the right of way and causing a crash in the 500 block of East Main Street.

9:24 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrants and cited on suspicion of protection order violation in the 2200 block of East Main Street.

Saturday, May 22

3:34 a.m. A woman was arrested on an active warrant and cited on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and failure to register a vehicle in the area of Lakeside Drive.

2:36 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.

2:44 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of keeping a vicious animal and maintenance of animals disturbing the peace in the 300 block of North Park Street.

7:50 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating bond conditions, third-degree assault, domestic violence and two failure to appear warrants in the 300 block of North Sligo Street.

11:18 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the 300 block of South Pine Street.

Monday, May 24

10:50 a.m. A woman was arrested on an active warrant in the 400 block of South Cedar Street.

6:46 p.m. A woman was arrested on two active warrants in the 400 block of North State Street.

8:23 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of having dogs running at large in the 900 block of North Edith Street. The dogs allegedly attacked a cat.

11:23 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of eluding officers, driving under revocation and failure to turn on headlights in the 700 block of South Broadway.

Tuesday, May 25

10:22 a.m. A woman reported being bitten by a dog in the 200 block of East Fourth Street. She later decided not to press charges.

10:38 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply in the 1400 block of North Mildred Road.

11:55 a.m. A man was arrested on two active warrants in the 600 block of East Montezuma Avenue.

3:12 p.m. A male inmate was served a warrant for failure to appear at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:49 p.m. A woman reported that straps were stolen from a billboard in the 3000 block of South Broadway.

4:41 p.m. A collision between a vehicle and motorcycle occurred in the 400 block of North State Street. No citations were issued.

4:57 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 400 block of North State Street.

6:38 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 500 block of East Main Street.

11:29 p.m. A vacant building was vandalized in the 2200 block of East Main Street.

Wednesday, May 26

6:54 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of operating an uninsured vehicle, DUI with three prior convictions, open container, driving without a valid license, failure to signal and violating restrictions on his driver’s license in the 300 block of West Main Street.

1:06 p.m. A vehicle was keyed in the 700 block of Jordan Place.

2:34 p.m. Windows on a storage unit were damaged in the 400 block of South Broadway.

10:18 p.m. A warrant was requested for a man on suspicion of criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer in the 700 block of South Broadway. A rock was thrown through the door of a business, and the suspect fled.
