Eric Mindling, photographer and storyteller from Oaxaca, Mexico, will present his two-year photo-documentary of traditional dressways and the people who continue to wear the clothing of their communities, according to a news release.
Mindling has lived in Oaxaca, Mexico, since 1992, photographing locals steeped in tradition.
His award-winning book, “Oaxaca Stories in Cloth,” contains the photographs and a “love letter to a people and place.”
Mindling will share stories alongside his photography and reflect on modern existence in contrast.
