The Montezuma-Cortez school district’s District Accountability Committee has announced that its 2025 family engagement survey is now live. The results will help provide recommendations to the school board and district administrators and will be shared when available.
The DAC is considering conducting a survey next year to identify trends.
Survey answers are anonymous unless contact information is submitted at the end. Parents and guardians may fill out the survey multiple times if they have multiple children in the district. There is also an option to be contacted about becoming more involved in the district at the end of the survey.
The survey includes questions on rating the child’s education and school, ways parents are involved in the district, barriers to supporting their child’s education, rating the district in various areas, and open-ended questions for additional feedback regarding their child’s educational experience.
Past surveys have seen a strong turnout, with the 2023 survey having 320 participants.
The survey can be found online via Survey Monkey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/NPYSSBH.
