The Mancos Conservation District will host a local work group meeting at 6:30 p.m., Monday, July 11 at the district office, 604 Bauer Ave.
This meeting will focus on identifying community issues surrounding agricultural and natural resources. It will also provide information and feedback to direct National Resource Conservation Service programs. Participants can be agricultural producers, owners of private agricultural lands, including nonindustrial private forest land, and representatives of agricultural organizations, environmental organizations, and governmental agencies carrying out environmental, agricultural, or natural resource conservation programs and activities.
Landowners, producers, organizations and agencies with natural resource concerns in the Mancos Valley should attend.
