We recently attended the Montezuma-Cortez High School’s production of “Mary Poppins.” The acting, signing, choreography, orchestration, scenery and special effects were so outstanding that I felt compelled to write this letter so that everyone can be aware of the great cultural resource we have in the high school.
The teamwork that all the actors exhibited was exceptional. From the youngest to the oldest performers, their deep commitment to their parts was obvious. Sadly, the season has come to an end. I am already looking forward to next season’s productions with the innovation and creativity of the directors and students that we have enjoyed in many years past, including this one. Thanks so much M-CHS drama and hope to see lots of community support next season.
