Isaac Sanchez, who was arrested last Friday after procuring a slew of charges since October, received his next court date in the 22nd Judicial District on Wednesday.
Sanchez was being held on a $1,000 bond for each of his cases, for a total of $5,000. His return filing of charges is set for Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 9:30 a.m.
He is also set for pretrial conferences, but Assistant District Attorney Jason Eley told The Journal that Sanchez has no attorney, so that could delay hearings.
In the past two months, Sanchez has reportedly been trespassed from Love on a Hanger and arrested for violating his trespass from the Speedway Gas Station. The Cortez Police Department shared that Sanchez has more than 10 trespasses.
He allegedly violated the restraining order that forbids him from possessing or consuming alcohol twice, including one instance at Burger Boy where he was alleged to have threatened someone with a knife, in addition to being in the possession of alcohol and marijuana.
One of the most recent events took place on Nov. 11, and this incident involved Sanchez allegedly assaulting a woman whom he was “restrained from assaulting,” leaving her with a “bloody, swollen nose.”
