Call me old fashioned, but I admire people who have principles and stick to them. On the other hand, hypocrites get zero admiration from me.
A current example is the 47th president. He is such a hypocrite. He hires a billionaire, without experience, to fire thousands of government workers supposedly to cut the “fat” out of government. DOGE has gutted many agencies that keep Americans safe, as well. The president then spends millions of dollars of taxpayer money on going to the Super Bowl, golfing and various other self-serving trips.
What’s next? A planned military parade in honor of his 79th birthday, which will amount to a lot of taxpayer dollars, again. If this doesn’t disgust the people who voted for him, I don’t know what will.
Please take in the real news, not the propaganda that is being presented by the current administration, otherwise our democracy may be gone forever.
