With the primary ballots mailed this week, I would like to ask the voting public to consider Jeff Hurd for the 3rd Congressional District seat. He’s a native of Grand Junction, a small business owner and very well-educated on what it takes to represent the challenges of CD-3.
He is running because he believes western and southern Colorado deserve a sincere and hardworking representative, focused more on doing something than being someone.
Having grown up in CD-3 and now raising his kids there, Jeff wants to deliver results that will help rural Colorado thrive. Realizing the problems that face our nation, I believe he will work hard to bring sanity to our Congress.
With his background of working with agriculture, he understands the challenges we face on a daily basis such as water, inflation and the day-to-day struggles. I believe Jeff, who was born and raised in Grand Junction, is a rarity and would benefit CD-3, as well as the nation.
