History Live and archaeological society to host Zoom presentation

History Live and San Juan Basin Archaeological Society will host a virtual presentation with professor Jesse Tune, Ph.D., at 7 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom.

Tune will discuss Recent developments in the settlement of the Americas and review controversial research published over the past 12 months, and its implications for understanding the early human history of the Americas.

Tune studies Ice Age human migrations and the colonization of new landscapes. His research focuses on investigating the relationships between humans and the environment, specifically how humans adapt to new or changing environments.
